While the technology sector has moved into the era of Generative AI, LLM Orchestration, and Cloud-Scale infrastructure, the recruitment industry has stayed stuck in the past—relying on outdated databases and generalist "keyword matching."

I believe that to build the future, you have to understand it.

My focus is on the intersection of Technical Depth and Revenue Growth. I don't just look for "Salespeople" or "Marketers"; I identify the builders and the strategists who can articulate the value of complex technical stacks to the world’s most demanding buyers.
